Create PRTReader loading the attached prt file. (I have attach node transform off if that matters)
Add this to a Particle Shader rendering as bubbles.
Render in Max, renders fine with motion blur (assuming camera with motion blur enabled). Crank up the motion blur multiplier in the shader to like 2.0 to be sure you see it.
Now render with standalone (even a simple Export and Render to vrscene), and you get no motion blur.
Instead using the PHX Simulator to load the PRT file works as advertised.
Note VRay and PHX are nightlies from Apr 18.
