Yup, Motion Velocity multiplier from the right-click properties is exactly what I was going to suggest!

      Thanks,

So should I tweak Motion Velocity Effect instead of Motion Inertia parameter - or both?

Motion Velocity is when an obstacle is moving inside the sim. Motion Inertia is when the sim is moving in the world.

Thanks, it makes sense - a lot of it.

I'm not getting acceptable results. I don't know what I need to do to reduce the Red arrow forces.

In this case the green cylinder is moving, right? Then adjusting its motion velocity effect should help. How about if you set the motion velocity to 0?

                Thanks,

I have set the motion velocity to 0 as suggested, however, it's not enough. This red area should be empty. What would be the way to speed up the falling of the liquid before goes "upside down".

If you make the scene scale smaller - the liquid will move faster. Or you can introduce a Body Force that can pull the liquid towards an object.

                    Thanks,

It's somewhat better, but the liquid is still vanishing as soon as liquid source stops emitting. I don't know what to do to prevent the liquid from vanishing.

How many steps per frame do you have? How about if you raise them to 20 or 30?

                        Thanks,

I have used 13 steps per frame. I'm now testing 20 Steps and it looks somewhat better, but after one day simulation this is very early stage. I have to wait emitting to stop to see if the liquid starts to vanish.

The simulation has advanced a bit in last four days. I'm beginning to see lots of vanishing. It seems will eventually dry out. Maybe I'll try 30 steps per frame next.

Still trying to get this working. Liquid emitting stops at frame 2 000 and at frame 3 000 the liquid has dried out. After half a year of working with this the client is running out of patience with me. At the moment I'm using 30 steps per frame and having simulation time of one week. What would You suggest next?

Without the scene, screenshots of the settings or any video of the result it's really difficult to say.

As long as there is no issues with the geometry - open edges and overlapping faces - things that usually help with compressing liquid are either increasing the steps per frame ( in your case - 30 spf should be enough) or increasing the scene scale which will change the simulation result.
Of course there might be a bug in the software, but without a scene we can't say for sure.
