      Build4:

Opened the scene, and only took the grid size down to 2m. It crashed at frame 1.

EDIT1: Dissabled the foam, and it simulates fine.

Let me know if you need the log file again.

EDIT2: Trying to get it to crash now without foam enabled. So SPF down to 1, and I'm gonna play with splash/mist settings to rediculous settings to see if it only crashes with the foam on.

Here is the log file. This is after a sim without the foam present though. If the log file needs to be created right after a crash, I will sim with foam again to see if I can get it to crash again.

Btw. The mesher is still producing the strange result as seen here:

Here is a log file of build 4 right after a crash:
            PhoenixFD.zip

EDIT: It definitely looks like its the foam that does it. I have not yet been able to make it crash with the foam turned off.

See the attached screenshots I have been posting. On the side against the grid, the mesh it cut off at an angle. That have been happening all the time.

                  Build 5 crash log file.

EDIT1: Tried to sim again without foam, and it sims through. Putting on the foam again makes it crash.

Build 6 is starting up good. No crash yet and simmed through 50 frames. I will try to restart it a couple of times and mess with the SPF that have seamed to force the crash a couple of times before.

i think build6 will be the last for today, give me the log and hopefully tomorrow will be able to reproduce the problem on my machine, because now it's precisely positioned.

On SPF 1 it crashed as usual.

Here is the log file for build 6:

Attached are also the test scene again, as I may have saved after doing alot of stuff in it. But this is the same scene that have produced the crashes for all of today. Only difference is its on 12m cells, and I have put it down to 2m cells and pressed sim.

i had time to send one more build
i will try to reproduce it in pure scene tomorrow. the crash occurs in the b2b interaction procedure, as workaround you can simulate with b2b=0, for ship scenes it may be even better.

Hehe, I'm working late here as well because of this. Would be sweet if it would be solved before the weekend.

Build 7 is starting as build 6. First sim goes through. So I will try to put the SPF to 1 as usual. If it crashes I will see if putting the b2b down to 0 works.

Build 7 crash log file, after it simmed to 40, restarted and put SPF down to 1, then it crashed.

                                EDIT: Trying b2b = 0.

EDIT2: b2b = 0 have worked both at 4 SPF and 1 SPF. Trying to up it to 15.

                                EDIT3: Hehe, I tried to put b2b = 1. It crashed.. ^^

So it looks like you have narrowed it down a fair bit today, thats good.
