Tried with that version and same issue, didn't change anything... It's even more noticeable in animation, it just goes up and down inside the grid.

Also i tried the newest ocean tut with just the cylinder and same thing happens, there's no way around to solve this issue. 2nd screen i tried to manually adjust the ocean lvl, in this frame its ok, but in animation it keeps going up and down and you can clearly notice it in animation, so it's unusable...

Funny thing is in several youtube videos from 2.2 ocean, i can never spot this issue...

Hm, then the only thing left would be if you could send the scene over to Support and they'll have a look first hand.

      Thanks!

        Did you solve this issue?

I've found that setting smoothness to 0 eliminated the issue for me.

Perhaps the mesh is being inadvertently smoothed around the fishtank?
Maybeit should be smoothed out with the ocean level instead?

Good clue! The scene didn't reach me, so I suppose Support have found a solution or workaround, but will take a note to check the smoothing. Thanks!
