  • Changing Maya Centimeters to Meters causes Phoenix FD to not work

Hi again, I'm used to working in centimeters in Maya, but just tried changing to meters because I've read that V-Ray and Phoenix FD work better when real-world scales are used, and meters makes more sense for most of what I'm creating. However, after changing to meters, when I apply a Phoenix FD preset to an object, no bounding box appears around the simulator, and nothing is cached or rendered. But if I go back to centimeters in the same scene, create a new object, and apply a Phoenix FD preset to that, it works without issue. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Is it good to be switching to meters?

Ah, wait, I need to change one more thing in order for the scale of quick setups to work correctly when not in cm - please check tomorrow's nightly instead.

          Cheers!
