Heya Folks!
With the ocean mesh mode, if it's a standard mesh being generated, would it be possible to have some kind of a smoothing or a scale height on z using the ocean level as a pivot option just to make it smoother to blend your sim tank back in with the surrounding infinite ocean?
On my previous jobs we were simming in naiad using an animated plane in a method similar to wave force and then doing one render for the top slice of the ocean tank sim and a second render for an infinite ocean surface and the two were softly blended in comp. A second approach was to take prt's from naiad caches and mesh in frost then relax and project on to ocean surface - would something similar be possible in phoenix land, like a post sim damping?
Cheers!
John
