    Hi daniel.taskoff,

Benchmark 5.01.00 just exits after briefly showing the splash screen for me.

Same log as post #3 above:
    Code:
    [benchmark] got args:
[warning] Couldn't get information about hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
V-Ray Benchmark: FatalError "Couldn't get frequency"
    V-Ray Benchmark: exit(1)
TypeError: Cannot read property 'emit' of undefined
    at ChildProcess._0x1685b3 (C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\Temp\V-Ray Benchmark\resources\app\src\main.js:1:6855)
    at ChildProcess.emit (events.js:182:13)
    at maybeClose (internal/child_process.js:962:16)
    at Process.ChildProcess._handle.onexit (internal/child_process.js:251:5)
I ran the 2 powershell commands, the first runs successfully, the 2nd returns the same error as in post #8 above

I also reset the performance counters by executing the 2 commands you supplied.

I am trying to run the benchmark on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit with a RTX 3060.
The GPU is a LHR variant so I wanted to double check its performance against non LHR variants for my own sanity!

Any other ideas what could cause the benchmark to not launch?

    Thanks
    Olly

Hello olly, I'm sorry, but we do not support Windows 7 anymore (V-Ray 5 Benchmark system requirements, and V-Ray 5 system requirements).

No problem - I figured that would probably be the case!

I have the same problem! The interface loads fine, but as soon as I click the button to run the CPU benchmark, I get an error which says "[benchmark] FatalError "Scenes have been changed!" . Log file is attached.

Alex_M, your problem is unrelated to the others in the thread.
Do you have sufficient space on the drive, where %temp% is located? If so, try deleting %temp% after stopping any running V-Ray Benchmark instances.

                Hi Daniel,
I deleted the "V-Ray Benchmark" folder in %temp% and now the benchmark works fine. Thanks!

I also can't run Benchmark 5. On two different computers. Zbook Studio 4G i7 6gen m1000m 32GB win7 and Lenovo Legion 5 Ryzen 7 5800H, 16GB, RTX 3070 win 10. On both of them the message "an error has occurred" appears. Log file from Legion:

Hello, krzysztof_szpakowski, did you try deleting %temp%/V-Ray Benchmark? Your error means, that either the scenes have been modified, or they haven't been extracted properly. Do you have enough space on your hard drive?
