    Recent windows 10 updates could affect OpenCL runtime environment which V-Ray depends from. We already have a few clients reporting that and we have found out that DDU(display driver uninstaller) usually helps.
    You can find in over the internet but here is a version that fixes one of the machines with this issue in the office: http://ftp.chaosgroup.com/support/DDUv17.0.9.1.zip
    When you start the tool look for a Selected Graphic Driver dropdown, select one of the drivers then press Clean and Restart at the very top, repeat that step for each of the drivers in the dropdown menu.
    After all of the drivers are uninstalled, try to start V-Ray Benchmark tool again and see if there is any improvement.
