Hmmm ... well I had no problems buying the exterior DVD in Germany.

I had to pay 65€ all incl. (tax, shipping, DVD). But i think you can also buy those DVDs at http://www.3dpowerstore.de . They have listet "Gnomon Digital DVD´s rund um Maya, Shake, Nuke, Houdini u.v.m." in their price list. Just drop them an email.
