Vray for Maya Forum Section?
Will there be a section of the forums dedicated to Vray for Maya questions? It seems like this would be a good idea so that those questions dont get lost in the shuffle of other Vray threads.

yes, once you recieve and register for vray for maya they will enable your user name to see the two sections which already are present.Dmitry Vinnik

I'm just curious how the beta is progressing... would it be taboo to ask whether or not if the beta is meeting current "beta expectations" by the testers?
I know that Max users have been waiting a long time for V-Ray 1.5... but Maya users have been waiting just as long for ANY kind of V-Ray for Maya. Being a user of both Max and Maya... I'm consistently more pleased with V-ray in Max than I am with Mental Ray in Maya... and the price point is better as well...
So I know us non-betas would appreciate some kind of hint as to status... but I guess that's a tall order... especially if Autodesk is re-engineering the Maya product... but I wouldn't think that would change current plans for Vray implementation...
