I can get into the support section, but I can't download the file, I just end up with a 0Kb file.

I CAN get into the support section but all I can see are the rc4 demos.

Sounds like your not logining in with the main username and password that you got when you bought vray.

Sorted. I was using the wrong username. I have it downloading now. I am confused however how I get hold of the dongle? How long will it take to recieve it?

yeah, I just downloaded the 64 bit version, but it's only 800kb or something like that. which seems a wee bit light compared to the 19 megs of the rc3.

The installer should be around 22mb

The server is just overloaded, I believe thats why some people are getting 0KB files. (perhaps)

Blitterswitch:
To get the dongle you should have filled out the dongle request form ages ago.
If you have not you may need to do so in the support area.
You will end up getting it via your reseller.

The company bought it about 12 months before I started here and we have gone through 2 IT managers since.

Well as long as you know the main username and password you should be fine.

Contact your local reseller (look on the chaosgroup website in the purchase vray area) and you will get a big list of resellers. Find the closest one and give them a call.

I've downloaded it and have a dongle, but I'm not going to install it until i finish my current project off as we are using Sun and Sky etc. and i know that's changed......
