In my case, our Vray licenses are registered under the company name. I guess that's the end of posting on this forum for me.

if you link your forum name with your work vray account, you should be fine.

Why would you say that? As long as your forum IDs are linked to your company's account there shouldn't be a problem?

As for the Cinema, XSI, Maya etc. questions, they can still be posted in the general area, where they belong...

There will be a special public section where everybody will be able to post anything for the people who are using the demo and the free versions of V-Ray.

But will these people be able to post without registering to the forums? Some pretty nasty troll stuff has been posted to the open forums in the last couple of days. If they are not regulated by registration, there is no way to keep them from doing it again.

I tried to contact them but still no reply from them and it is already a week - you know, it takes them a whole HOUR to fix a 2005 probl, they are pretty slow I guess!

I asked my friend and he adviced me to throw the monitor out of the 10th flour and stick a screwdriver in the mid of the CPU, I did it and damn, people - still no fixing of these bugs.

Maybe increased secondary bounces will help. Oooh, looks like my ver is beta and everything is so sloooow. Help!!

hahaha, Happy New Year to everyone, guys!
                      Best Regards,

What you need to do is create a few million more faces in your scene, add some 3d displacement with about 300 subs and then copy around 1000 RPC's this will definately fix your flashing problem

No no Rerender you have it all wrong, Ive seen this before. Its a static problem thats at its worst in the winter months or cold climates. What you need to do is get your self a spray mist type bottle, fill it with distilled water and spray the mother board to counter the static.

note: just in case you are a runner up for any of the Darwin awards do not try this unless properly supervised by a computer specialist.
                          Cheers,

                            Excellent decision!!!
Although I am still fighting with the Vray help files, and sometimes I post some silly questions, I never posted abusive fraises containing slang (and that is what I have been watching lately around this forum). Consequently I support this decision 110%, not only for these reasons but also for other well Known that I wont mention.

this will not affect the AURA forums, as it is still open public beta.
