  • Diffuse and Reflection - VRayMtl VS BRDFModoUnity relationship

    I'm trying to understand the relationship between values in the diffuse VS albedo and also the reflect and glossiness VS Metallic and Smoothness in the VRayMtl vs VRayPluginNodeMtl with BRDFModoUnity

    In other words, if I want to have 2 objects look the same, but each having a version of the material above, what values will give me same results for basics?

    Almost look like I can ignore the metallic value and leave it at 0

    In VRayMtl, if reflect slot is full white, then it looks like the glossiness value corresponds to the smoothness value in the BRDFModoUnity

    However, what if I have a texture in my reflect and also glosiness in VRayMtl, how would I duplicate that in the BRDFModoUnity?
