I know some other people have posted before the need to render a scene
with Vray materials and lights using the default scanline. Sometimes a viewport image is not good enough but a Vray render is overkill, because no matter how fast of a setting for Vray I can never render a frame in 1-3 seconds like in scanline.
Is there a way to render with scanline and have the materials showing somehow as expected?
I guess I want some kind of utility that does the job of a 'max material wrapper' just for rendering but then it leaves my scene and materials unaffected so I can do the final output in Vray.
I know some peopel on this forum have made some material converter scripts but I think they where only default max>vray and not te other way around.
