Will Max Upgrade affect Vray?

We've been using Max 6 and 1.46.13 for months now - with very good results, and the reason we haven't upgraded to our subscription version of max 7 and 1.46.15 is because we have had a lot of on going projects and didn't want to switch renderer right in the middle of a project. (If its not broke don't fix it is something we strongly go by - we have caused way too many problems for ourselves upgrading in the middle of past projects.)

If we upgrade our Max6 to Max7, will we need to re-submit our request codes, or is the vray licensing system independant now the license server is running?

Also, would it be possible to return to max6 (for whatever reason, i can't think what just now) once we have done this upgrade and still use the same vray licenses?

Yes, the license is independent and yes you can return to 6 at any time.

Is upgrade to max 7.5 also a problem?
Someone have test it?

aparently max 7.5 is buggy while it works with vray I heard there are other stability issues.
