Remove VRay Warning message when loading old scene

Hi,

I'm running a batch script on a lot of max files for different stuff, but can't let it run for hours because of old Vray3 scenes which popup this window:



I've check startup script but didn't find anything.
How can I remove it, and put in a maxscript a way to actually convert (clicking yes) before saving so I have no more VRay3 scenes ?

(you will have to translate the "Yes" string).

Indeed I tried set quiet mode etc, and finally run an autoit script aside that check for the window and click the button.
