Peter - did you guys get your comp directly from a computer manufacturer? I haven't been able to find those Xeon chips independently (for individual system builders) anywhere in my usual haunts.

Overclocker Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 - Cornell test
Hello everyone here
We just run some tests on our earlier christmas gift. Can't help itself I OCed this baby. Looking forward the numbers.
So: Extreme C2D Quad version with open Multiplicator: 12x266 = 3200MHz
see results. I suppose it is nice.
I have to mention that computer is not tested in the terms of stability.
But we will do our best to make CPU icy.
Have nice Christmas folks.

Thanks DaForce, I was actually looking for the old pre-1.5 version (the one from the start of this thread) as I'm only running 1.47 and probably won't be upgrading too soon (compatibility with another non 1.5 firm is an issue for me). Do you happen to have the old one? Thanks again...
