motion blur per object and whilst camera moves

but my camera is a flythrough camera, which creates its own movement blur, i need some objects to retain their own motion blur and be blurred by the camera movement motion blur, and the rest not affected by either.

is this possible?

I think i actually fixed, it i had to go in and change the motion blur in the Xref files too
