  • Chaos Scatter Issues with Camera Clipping

    Hi,

there are some issues with Chaos Scatter and Camera Clipping

    - When using the Camera Clipping and using a MultiSubTexture with random rolors then the colors set to instance ID/praticle ID or render ID then those colors don't stick throughout the animation
    - When using the Camera Clipping and using MotionBlur some of the scattered objects are randomly seeming to move at very high speed throughout the scene

The temporal consistency option didn't have any effect on this.

Sorry can you move this post to the "Issues" forum?

I would really appreciate a solution because now if you put grass on a huge area my current workaround is to disable camera clipping but then it always needs to calculate all instances which is crazy slow....

Hi thanks for posting. Could you send us a simple scene that reproduces the issue? It will be best if we can get the two scenes for the two issues if possible. You can send the scene directly here or trough our support contact form.
