Anyone have a decent workflow setup for using the (mainly standalone) denoiser with Deadline. I am sure I can figure out how to make Deadline distributed the run of the standalone denoiser, but what are the settings for the render
elements when working with Deadline. I have noticed Deadline works much better with normal Render Elements, rather than with the VRay VFB. So I try not to use the VFB. Is there a way to get the required channels for standalone denoising without the VFB's save function?
If I do end up using the VFB to save a monolithic EXR sequence will it then denoise all 20 render elements (light selects and mattes)? But it will then put those into another monolithic EXR, and that is a bit of a pain for many reasons (Import into Fusion for one becomes cumbersome for more than a few channels).
Any suggestions for where to start testing? Of course I needed this yesterday, or I will end up rendering on AW$.
Thanks.
