forum is slow for me

This forum has become verry slow for mesins some time back. Is there something that I can do to speed it up? Every time I visite the forum or click on a topic, explorer or firefox updates all the icons.

Are you running the developer toolbar plugin? If so, check to make sure you haven't disabled the cache

a firefox plugin that may have been installed along with firefox, or you may have installed it seperately....

Tools pull down menu -> Web Developer -> Disable -> Disable Cache

Check to see if that is enabled or not
