  • Motion Blur info on G-Buffer

is there a way we can take the advantage on Vray G-Buffer to create Motion Blur? just wondering...

    Yes.

Using the data in this channel you can apply the motion-blur effect in a compositor like Combustion. RPF works well for this, or you can use the Render Elements feature in Max 8 to get the seperated channel.

nope, only way to do "correct" moblur is with rpf in combustion.
You can always use standard mattes and have a "fake" moblur pass with something like reelsmart moblur.
Bear in mind it's not exactly the same thing, but it might work on simple things, or if you carefully lay out your passes...

            AE

i gave up doing the G-Buffer. AE seems to be ok, save a lot of time.
