i dont know if viz works like max8 but there was a problem with DR using max8 that i found a quicker work around to fix it than to uninstall max8's BB. the info can be found in the sticky post in the problems section

I don't think backburner is the issue with DR not working.
As for the midding maps issue, it seems to be there still. Just tested on 2 pc's and on one 1.47.03 works and on the other it doesn't. Same scene same settings. Using 1.46.15 all seems to be ok.Max 8 SP3
