Well, it's more or less like this:
(*) if you first registered for the demo, and then bought V-Ray, then we would typically only add access to the full build to your existing account. In that way you would get access to both the full and the demo version.
(*) if you didn't register for the demo first, or we could not directly relate an existing account to your email, we would create a new account, but it would only have access to the full version, and not the demo one. In that case, you can just register again for the demo, or you can send us an email and ask for us to add the demo access to your account.
