Could you possibly include the software version until most of the users resolve their dongle issues?

That would be helpful, since i am clueless as to when i will get my dongle, specially since i dont think there is a dealer in India.

well I purchased from trinity 3d and I got charged $25. But I'm completely happy because he sold me vray for only $50.
the dongle was free and the ChaosGroup T-Shirt that came with Vray was only an extra $850. I'm pretty stoked with the whole Tshirt thing so I said to jim - I'll take one of those too.

Those prices are AUD, trinity 3d dont charge that much US.

I would be interested to know what happens if I lose the dongle - its such a small little thing. Not that I have or imagine that I would. Could I get a temporary software licence?

RE lost dongle - good question. I'm not sure of dongle replacement policy - would like to hear from Chaos on this subject.

I've just asked for the dongle and Chaosgroups says that it will be send by the reseller but I've bought it directly to chaosgroup some years ago.
I've no reseller, so will Chaosgroup send the dongle to me ??

I'm going to search AGIRHE on the forum, I don't know what it is...
There is no answer...

This is handled on a case-by-case basis; if there is a distributor close to you, you'll get the dongle from them; otherwise we will ship it to you directly.

Nope, each machine is counted just once, no matter how many V-Ray copies are running on it.
