    I would love to have had a script to convert selected materials from standard to v-ray; this still hasn't happened, I guess.

      There's an Autodesk material converter from 3dstudio.nl, which (i think) does what you want. But it looks like they are redesigning their website so I can't find the product page. If you contact them I'm sure you can acquire it.

          I know it says it will convert Revit materials but does anyone know if it actually works?
