Can you simply include the software license version in the download? Having payed for a license, and not being able to use the bloody software while I'm sure that every warez monkey out there has no trouble with the cracks... is rather annoying!

problem is chaos cant really police what the resellers are doing. its a shame if you buy from a crappy reseller who wants to charge you for a free item.

I don't think so. We didn't buy our Vray from bluegfx (thank god). Just email Chaosgroup and someone (maybe Zori) will tell you who your local dongle supplier is."Why can't I build a dirigible with my mind?"Comment

I just phoned Bluegfx and they told me that I had to get the dongle from the company that I purchased it from. In this case - VisMasters.Comment

I got mine from VisMasters as well, had it sent to South Africa and it arrived within 3-4 days as far as I remember. International shipping from VisMasters was $30, which seems quite normal. I've never had issues with them.
