Hi kids. As I mentioned in this post I've been following the LWF method described by Lele and have been generally pretty happy with the workflow. I've been working on quite a few long timeline projects and haven't been able to transition to the new sun/sky/camera model that is part of the latest 1.5 SP1 release. Now I finally have new projects to work on. Huzzah! And I'm reworking my LWF to use the new sun/sky/camera model. I tried using math to set the ISO value, but I just ended up with a burning sensation at the back of my head, so I just tinkered until I got a value pretty close to white for a surface perpendicular to the sun. I set the F-stop to 8, shutter speed to 100 and adjusted the ISO to 44. The diffuse color/bitmaps have the RGB multiplier adjusted to .255. I did not adjust the reflection color. I tried .255 for reflection, but it just didn't look right. Please let me know if I have screwed up somewhere.
