Just purchased the book...not really sure what a fiscal code is.. im not tax exempt or anything so I just entered "none" into that section...paypal payment went through. Looking foreward to receiving this book
Hi simmsimaging, where do you live? In USA? Sorry, but this is the best solution we found. I try 4 different shipping company (DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.. ) , and this is best. . The book is 3 Kg and with air is a little expensive, i know... It's not my fault. If i can, i send you for 3 euros.
For example, in UE, I pay with truck ( in ALL COUNTRIES) "only" 20 euro, but with truck. In UE, with air, i've the same problem. Is too much expensive. So i prefer waiting 3-4 days and pay much less money.
For USA base orders, we use City (town) and State for address. Please provide guidance to the following questions:
(1) does the box NATION refer to United State?
(2) You don't have an entry for state so for CITY I'm entering New Jersey
(3) What info should be entered for VAT and Fical Code?
(1) does the box NATION refer to United State?
Yes, nation is USA, or Italy or Germany
(2) You don't have an entry for state so for CITY I'm entering New Jersey
Yes, it's OK
(3) What info should be entered for VAT and Fical Code?
Like in Italy, for commercial info, i've a priofessional number and his name is "P.iva2. If i'm a private, i've a fiscal code.
The shipping is pretty steep for USA ($64 , but the package looks big and it's coming from Italy so it's understandable) ... anyhow went ahead and placed the order, hope all the information is alright, looking forward to receiving the book
