I am considering buying this guide.. Even tho I just found out that shipping would cost me nearly the same as the book (50 euro) Ouch..

Anyway..

Is there an edition for SP3 coming out soon?
If so, i'd probably hold out 'till then.

Hi Adam,

the 50% discount is only for the book, not for the shipping cost. We send with UPS in 5 working days (no 14 or 21 days). A good delivery service in my opinion. But this is the UPS price, not my price
No new edition for the SP3.

Just received my copy today and I'm certainly impressed, maybe overwhelmed, at the level of detail. *grin* I'll have to try reading it to my 6 month old at bed time.

I agree that an index would've been ideal though.

Just received my copy this past weekend. I must say that I am very impressed by the level of detail in the book. Hats off to Francesco for a great read. IMO it was worth the price at full and at 50% off it's an absolute MUST buy for any studio/independent using V-Ray.
