It will grow your understanding of your favourite tool too.
Open Max, press f1, and try searching for "MaxScript".

thanks for the advise lele. wow maxscript is my worst nightmare haha. well when I have time sure will look at it.

with script knowledge definately is a great thing for better workflow this is a master.
but im too dumb for that

Right-mouse click on the pink box at the very bottom-left of the max interface, choose open listener.
Paste the script in the pink part, select it all, and press shift + Enter (NOT the one on the numeric Keypad).
All done.
