    I have been rendering a simple scene with these settings:


    GI
    First Bounce = Irrad. Map
    Rate -3 to 0

    Secondary Bounce = Direct Computation
    Subdiv. = 1
    Depth = 20

    Adv. Irrad Map

    Mode = Single Frame

    I get a good looking image, however the Irrad Map stats listed in the mode section of Adv. Irrad. Map shows 0 bytes, ) samples ???

    I then get very dark results when I try to use photon map as first or
    second bounce. I ahev checked the "convery to Irrad. map" option in the photon map rollout. No luck. Any suggestions ? Thakns for the great feedback !!!

    I think this is a bug. You have to close and reopen the Render Scene dialog and the Irrandiance map info will update.

      Thanks again egz. I'll try this and update with the results. Does this happen in the non-demo version(s) as well ?
