CIE Sun/sky model

That paper was far too technical for me to understand - no conversations and certainly not enough pictures.

Now all we need is a "design sky" interface (like it talks about in the bottom) plot our latitude and voila : no need to go outside ever again

I've tested with default values.

It seems that CIE has more contrast vs Preetham.

I don't know if this is the big difference...

We need an update of the documentation..

So if they look the same, go with CIE because this dude says its more accurate, or something.

You have to keep in mind that the CIE models only give you the relative sky brightness across the sky dome; you have to manually specify the total horizontal sky illuminance (presumably taken from a table specific for the time of day and geographic location).

I just tried to download SP4 now and it worked perfectly albeit very slowly
