Lights contrast and GI, need help

Hi Psy,
I just added a vray light under the ceiling and and environment light color.
so use exponential color mapping and adjust color level in photoshop!

i tht it might have been that, but your not getting the weird dark band that comes with having a vray light in a room near the ceiling.

does the light's edges extend out beyond the walls of the room itself?

because the vraylight is trasparent so the ceiling receives light from window and its "GI receive value" in vray material wrapper is set to 1.2
