DR questions.

I'm having 32 flavours of trouble getting DG going on our network and am after a little help.
I think I'm on top of DRWizard50 and have it setup correctly on each of my render boxes.
My question really lies with the Vraynet.ini.

This is what I have...

[Directories]
ProjectDir=P:\temp\
NetworkDir=
MaxDir=D:\3dsmax5.1\

I assume the project dir supposed to be a location visable to all the servers.

What is the network dir supposed to be set to?

Any help will be appreciated.

With the new spawner the VRaynet.ini doesn't contain any of that.
Delete the file and set up DR with the wiz again.

Also, make sure you set up locals dirs on each slave for the temp dir, not a network share, since that will:
1. be slower
2. cause all DR slaves to overwrite the same temp file causing a bunch of problems in the process.

I have a big mess with the directories

Someone could explain it? write a "DR for dummies", sell it, and make millions!
I dont have clear wich dirs have to point to the client machine trough the network, where to put the plugins to have them in all the machines, etc

Attention!

1. TEMP dir in windows environment need set up to c:\temp. It's important and necessarily.

2. Install drwixard and set temp dir to c:\temp.
