To answer J_Bug.
I have 1 direct light for the sun with Vray Shadows.
Then I have 1 Vray Light in each window with differnt values depending on how big the window was.
Stronger values for the bigger windows and lower values for the smaller windows.
Then I added 1 more Vray light behind the camera, because I wasnt getting enough light on the oppostie side of the windows.
When I increased the intensity on the window lights the textures would get to hot.
I also added a skylight with a light blue tint at 1.5 I think?
Then my GI settings are posted above.
