    Hey Vrayfolks,
I have a dual Xeon X5670 Six Core sitting in the rack for DR Rendering and Backburner. Where the other standard single i7-quadcores show up 8 buckets (4cores with hyperthreading, I suppose) the dual xeon only shows 12 buckets. Shouldn´t it be 24 buckets (2 processors six cores each, hypertreading supported and enabled...)?

I've just read in another thread that some one had a similar issue and it was a bios setting where one of the two cpus was in a different numa group. Not sure if its related to your xeon but worth checking it out.

Yes with two 6 core xeons you should get 24 hyperthreaded cores in total.

Hmmm, update: when backburning (without dr), it's the correct count (24 buckets). I'll do some other test scenes with local rendering and dr spawning.
