  • Where is vray.info

    Hi everyone,

Im am a new user of vray advanced and i am very impressed by its features.

I have been going through this forum a lot lately and i keep seeing links to vray.info or www.vray.info but these sites don't seem to excist.

Does anyone know what happened to them ?

And is there a better manual file than the one that comes with vray because it is not really helping me to figure out how to use vray in a proper way.

    Thanks,

    Erik

I can enter the site with no problem. Double check your firewall, if you have, or your activeX configuration, since I think that there's an activeX control for flash banners

      Tanks Marina,

I checked with our administrator and it is indeed a firewall problem.

Hopefully he will fix it soon, i very much would like to make some progress with vray so i can post some work in the future.

          Ok silverioneto,

As soon as we figure out what the problem is i will try to give you more info.

But be aware that internet, firewall and network settings are not really my ballgame. So don't be disapointed if the explanition is a little bit thin.

hi guys... i would like to say that ... unfortunatelly, the problem continue here. I need so much vray.info, but at office i try averything... call to ISP, they said that only be a firewall... but i havent firewall and the firewall from windows xp isnt active. The only difference betwen here and the office is that here, at home, the internet caem from modem using phone line/ in the office the conection is from cable modem. I dont know if could be this a trick to solve problem. The guys from ISP said me also that this kind of adress www.vray.info isnt common, because doesnt have .com , so this should be another fact to examinate. So , i really would like to ask for someone from vray.info who take a look in this questions and if possible give some advice about what shouls i do because without vray.info i keep crazy

.info is an official ICANN top level domain just like .com so the excuse about it not being common is pretty stupid. Once again, the problem is probably on your ISP's end. The site works for almost everyone else, so there is not much I can change on my end. The webhost has checked their setup and everything is fine (which is why thousands visit each month). Keep bugging your ISP.

But, there is a chance of viewing it thru the http://www.webwarper.net
                          Some times it helps alot.
