Can't get in touch with Visual Dynamics (Vray reseller)

Sorry for using this forum but I don't know where to turn.

I placed an order of Multiscatter two weeks ago at vray.com (visual dynamics) but they have not sent me any download yet.

I get no response from e-mail or phone. They have allready charged me for $269 and I got a receipt.

Has anyone ordered from them before?
