    I think you misunderstood me. Put a map in the plane material's "Environment" slot, not the Render Setup's Reflection Environment Override slot. Leave the refraction Environment Override as red (or whatever else you want).

        I thought Vlado already answered that..."Once a ray goes through refractions, it will always use the refraction environment override (as opposed to just looking at the type of the last ray). This explains your results."
