  • Merging vrmap's

    Hello,

I have not been on the forum for a while and I have a question. Is there a quicker way to merge vrmap’s then using the IR map viewer? I have several large maps to merge together and it is taking several hours to merge the maps via the viewer.

    Thanks,

    Scott.

You can use the viewer to merge the maps via command line as described here: http://www.spot3d.com/vray/help/200R...imapviewer.htm
That should be faster I think. Also you can load several maps and write them in one go.

Look for "Command Prompt" in your Windows start menu.

Oh…ok……the windows command line. I thought you were referring to a command line in IR map viewer that I did not know about.

          Thanks for the help.

This is odd, how large are the files? Are they on a network drive?

            Best regards,
