Thanks, yes, it doesn't always happen so was hard to track down. The bad buckets do occasionally effect the final render FYI.

Feel free to send us a report to our support mail when you have a scene that doesn't work like expected. So we could test it in our environment using the same OS, Max, V-ray versions.
