My setting are Adaptive subdivision, Min rate 1, Max rate 3, Trehold 0.1, Multipass

What's wrong on my setting ??

mmmm .... no probs there ..
perhaps increase your light subdivs, they do look a little low.
or cheat and increase the gap a little

your treshold is very high make it 0.03 or even less if you still have trouble. (I mean if you havent typed wrong > 0.1)

I often use simple two-level set to: Min rate 2, Max rate 6, Treshold 0.08, multipass

I always use .05 for the AA threshold. It will probably solve your problem and doesn't slow it down to much.

I agree, turn your Threshold to 0,05. I've got the same problem as you and solved with more quality setting......you know....times goes up!
