  • AO baked into render without using GI?

    Hi,

    I would like to bake AO into my animation frames. The scene does not use GI so I can not activate AO on that tab.
    And I do not want to use a seperate pass and multiply in AE
    any ideas on how to achieve this?

    the only way you could do this is probably put your final material/texture through a blend and multiply it by AO map.

      Yes that will work and still let me finetune the amount of AO.

        You can also use a VRayAmbientLight with a VRayDirt map as its lightmap.
