There is no problem.

This happens to me as well, very rarely, though.
BTW it renders with the correct tilt applied even though it's not applied in the viewport and it snaps back into place if I try to change the view a bit.

In Vray 3.10.03 version will appear the same problem in any scene.

Yes, we are aware of this viewport issue when the V-Ray Physical camera is hidden and we will try to find a way to fix it.

Update: Just did a quick test using the new Physical Camera in Max 2016 and it works better with this setup.
