White Balance

Do you guys do your white balance in post, or in V-Ray?

Okay, that's what I have been doing.

My general rule is to set the white balance in the vraycam(s) to match my main ceiling spotlights or my sun, then shift it slightly so I achieve the desired look in terms of temp (warmer, cooler etc.). The key thing is to ensure that your other lights are all proper real-world temps so that you have a real balance across the image. You can then work with something with a proper dynamic range of temps in post. Typically I would then whiten up walls etc. as needed to get the desired effect. Exact same principles as in photography.
