I have houses to illustrate, both interior and exterior. I am working on the interiors. I have decided to separate the interiors from the exteriors, but would it be best to separate each space in for the interiors? Currently, I am rendering out a bathroom, which is taking a long time, so I am wondering if the kitchen on the other side of the house is effecting my render times. The kitchen, or any other space for that matter, isn't in the bathroom view at all. Would/could it still effect render times? Should I delete everything that isn't in the view?

I thought it would be easier to manage if I kept then together. For example, he keeps changing the flooring. The renders start fast, they are just taking 2 hours per 1920 x 1080 render.

In general, all the geometry will be loaded, but when it comes to the textures, there is no exact answer.
If you are using Light cache for example, V-Ray will load all the textures, that are reached by the light cache
bounces. So all, that is visible.Tsvetan Geshev
