Where is the vrmat converter ?

Hi,
I would like to convert 3dsmax vray material to vrmat material, and find multiple references to a vrmat converter.
Where can I find it ?

Oh ok, so it's just available in 3ds ? How do users do who only have Maya to import maya material ?

It is available in Maya also:


The Converter goal is to convert Maya materials to VRmaterials.
VRayVRmatMtl is the material that could be used to import already exported VRmaterials.
