I purchased vray last week and submitted my authorization request last Friday. I have yet to recieve any response. There's no contact info on the vray website. Does anyone know who I can contact via email or phone to obtain my authorization code? I have an approaching deadline soon which would require the use of vray.

          anyone????

Hmmm...no reply yet from Tedi or anyone at Chaos. What is taking so long? Tommorow will be a week since I've placed my order. I have a deadline fast approaching where I have to render a scene using Vray. After sending another email no one has got back to me to even informed me what the deal is. Does anyone know if there is anyone I can talk to? What's going on here?

I'm in the same boat. I don't know what's taking so long. I need vray up and running for a film effect test I need to do by the weekend.

Vrayray: You're in a long queue What is probably taking so long is that everyone is requesting new authorization at the same time because of the 1.45.70 release last week. This release introduced new protection and the floating licence which requires a reauthorization. Normally you get an authorization key the same day, but this is unfortunately not a normal situation.
