Than let's do a movement "Pro skin shader" 
I've requested this in the announcements forum in the "Important V-Ray 1.5 announcement" topic because it's just a pain to get a nice skin shader in Vray and the SSS are quite slow too...
I'm sure they are working on something like this, but if it will be included in Vray 1.5 is another question and is for this that I'm "fighting" for...
Otherwise, how much time will we need to wait to have such a thing?
